Latvian Cyclists Unity Ride

The biggest cycling festival of the year in Latvia. The cycling event dates back to the 1930s and was revived in 1995. It gathers more than 5000 riders from all over Latvia and neighboring countries. Everyone can find their preferred distance.

Intended for hardened professional cyclists who train regularly and are able to ride in a group at over 35 kilometers per hour. Previous competition experience and regular training is required.

MOUNTAIN BIKE EVENT

Probably the most exciting and exhilarating of the Unity Ride events. It leads along the trails and forest roads of the beautiful Gauja National Park. It features both more serious climbs and longer descents. Designed for MTB enthusiasts, regardless of fitness level.

POPULAR EVENT

The main event of the Unity Ride that attracts several thousand cycling enthusiasts. Suitable for anyone who wants to experience the unique feeling of togetherness, fun and excitement of riding up the Gauja hill. No specific preparation is required.

RETRO CYCLE

The most glamorous and leisurely of the event. Beautiful costumes, elegant bicycles, delicious snacks and an old-fashioned atmosphere. This is what the Retro Cycle course is all about. This race is not about the fastest, but the most glamorous of the riders.

CHILDREN’S UNITY RIDE

The Unity Ride includes a children’s race, which will take place the day before the big events. A great and fun atmosphere that will allow you to be part of the Unity Ride from childhood.
